Mr Charles Lin, the Consultant, obtained his Bachelor of Law (Honours Degree) from Buckingham University (UK), and was called to the English Bar in 1989. He is a member of the Middle-Temple.
Having practiced for more than two decades, he is known in medical legal circles for his experience in medico-legal matters, and in assisting doctors in a variety of circumstances including disciplinary proceedings, civil claims and criminal prosecutions. He is one of the three lawyers in Singapore who has obtained acquittal in SMC proceedings. One of the other two lawyers is Dr Myint Soe.
He also takes a keen interest in general commercial matters and has clients both in Singapore and in Myanmar. He accompanies medical mission trips to Myanmar. |
